Business Steward
Business-level reasoning, priorities, operating picture and outcomes.
In the system
Works within the business’s delegated scope; does not absorb specialist truth, Crown authority or another business.
EXTERNAL BUSINESS ESTATE
PLANNEDAn external estate. Genuine human ownership.
01 / The estate
Kane Farm is a canonical model of an external human-owned business estate. This page describes the organisational approach, not a claim that production automation or particular farm systems are already running.
02 / The digital layer
Planned model. Current production support has not been established.
Human proprietors retain real human decisions. A Steward may operate only within delegated scope. Castle does not become the proprietor or acquire authority simply because a workflow is technically possible.
03 / Systems & workflows
A persistent Steward’s Office may maintain the operating picture and request shared specialist capability within a defined scope.
Additional title-only staff may be added where recurring, unique business workflows justify ownership of their state. No current domain-specific staff roster is supplied.
04 / Business-level coordination
Each sufficiently complex estate may have a persistent Steward’s Office. These are the canonical title-only roles; their presence here describes the model, not a claim that the office is already instantiated. Domain-specific staff can be added when recurring workflows justify them.

05 / Shared capability
Institutional relationships describe responsibility; they do not imply fully automated operation.
What this proves
The Castle model can describe an external business without erasing the proprietor’s authority or collapsing its work into shared institutions.
