Castle separates intelligence, evidence and authority. Systems can research, analyse, draft and prepare work autonomously while consequential actions can remain behind explicit policy or human approval.

Google services

Castle of Todd can connect to authorised Google services, including Gmail, to support communication workflows.

Depending on the permissions granted, Castle may read relevant email messages and metadata, create and manage drafts, and send email when explicitly authorised by the user or permitted by the configured workflow.

Google account data is used only to provide the authorised Castle functionality. It is not sold.
